📦 Return & Exchange Basics

Time Frame: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements: Items must be:
  • In original packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless we made an error with your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Creative Activities kits (due to potential contamination concerns)
  • Used Science & Nature kits (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

💸 Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Refund Time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
