Just like we carefully select child-safe, non-toxic materials for our art supplies, we handle returns and exchanges with care and attention. We’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our creative products!

📋 Return & Exchange Basics

  • ⏰ Time Frame: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • 📦 Condition Requirements: Items must be:
    • In original packaging
    • Unused and in resalable condition
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • 🚚 Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless we made an error with your order

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Creative Activities kits (due to potential contamination concerns)
  • Used Science & Nature kits (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

🔄 The Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number, and ship to:

Once your return is processed:
